HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?

Each of our products is made to order.
Here’s how to place an order:

Click on the design you like.
Select a size from the options provided.
Choose a colour from the options available.
Select the quantity you would like to order.
Add to cart.

At checkout, you can either choose Express Checkout or create an account.
We offer Delivery or Pick-up with every order.

What happens next?

Once your order is complete, we begin production specifically for your order.
Production time is approximately 1-2 weeks before dispatch.
After production, we carefully pack your piece and send it to you.
Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks after production.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Pre-Designed Pieces:
Pre-designed items, such as Shed Signs purchased directly from our online store, will take approximately 1-2 weeks for production and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

Custom Pieces:
Custom items (including custom-designed license plates and street signs) require approximately 2-4 weeks for design and production after 100% payment is received. Delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

We use high-quality materials to ensure durability and a premium finish.

Materials include:

Acrylic Signage: 4.5mm acrylic sheet base with a 3mm acrylic top layer, bonded with Orafol double-sided adhesive tape.
Street Signs: Aluminium base with high-quality vinyl wrap.
General Materials: Aluminium composite material (ACM) sheeting, Avery, Oracal/Orafol, Arlon & Hexis vinyl, commercial-grade cast acrylic sheeting, and Orafol adhesive tape.
Colours & Finishes: Endless options are available for customisation.

WHERE ARE MY PIECES MADE?

Your pieces are designed and manufactured in our workshop in Wollongong, Australia.

The majority of our products, including all of our acrylic signs, are crafted locally in-house.
For a small portion of our products, such as stubby coolers and keyrings, we partner with trusted trade suppliers to ensure the highest quality.

We offer a few mounting options to suit your needs:

Orafol Double-Sided Tape:
A simple and reliable solution for most smooth surfaces. This tape provides a strong, permanent bond, ensuring your sign stays securely in place. It’s easy to apply, offers a clean and seamless finish, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Letter Mounts:
For a professional, elevated look, letter mounts are a great choice. These mounts ensure your signage stands out, literally, by creating depth between the sign and the surface. Perfect for businesses or high-visibility installations, they provide a polished, permanent display solution.

Acrylic Sign Stands:
These sleek and modern stands are perfect for freestanding displays. Designed for acrylic signs, they are durable and stylish, making them ideal for showcasing your signage on desks, shelves, counters, or at events. Whether you're decorating your home office or presenting a product in-store, these stands offer versatility and convenience.

CAN MY SIGN BE USED BOTH INDOORS & OUTDOORS?

Yes! Our acrylic signage is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Durability: The materials we use are designed to be long-lasting.
UV Exposure: Colours may fade if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
